The role
We are looking to appoint someone who enjoys organisation, leading teams well, developing systems and processes, and helping organisations flourish. They will be able to think strategically whilst also ensuring that important details are delivered effectively. They will be a collaborative leader who works well with staff, volunteers, church officers, and the wider church family.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is committed to Christ and excited by the opportunity to use their gifts and experience to serve the mission of the local church.

About the church:
We are a complementarian, conservative evangelical church family who meet in one of the West Hull villages. We believe that the Bible is God’s inspired and revealed word and the authority for doctrine within the church. We are committed to the doctrine of the Church of England as received in the 39 Articles, Book of Common Prayer and Ordinal. We are aligned with CEEC and the Alliance. A strong emphasis on expository Bible teaching is maintained in the many activities of the church.
